Child & Adolescent Obesity Provider Toolkit

The California Medical Association (CMA) Foundation and California Association of Health Plans (CAHP) developed this toolkit to assist in managing Obesity in children and adolescents. These guidelines will assist health care providers to address the prevention, early identification, weight management education of overweight and obese children and adolescents.
