Developed by the U.S. Department of Defense Military Health System, the Debriefs Toolkit provides guidelines for facilitating retrospective team events to share view of performance and promote opportunities for continuous learning and process improvement. The toolkit is available as several PDFs, Word files, and Windows Media Videos (WMVs), requiring Adobe Reader, Microsoft Word, and Windows Media Player, respectively.

Patient Safety Program - Professional Conduct Toolkit

Developed by the U.S. Department of Defense Military Health System, the toolkit to designed to address disruptive behaviors, poor team effectiveness, and unhealthy environments which can lead to patient safety risk. The toolkit consists of four modules; 1) Professional conduct, teamwork, patient safety, 2) Responding to behaviors undermining patient safety, 3) Role of leaders and system responses, and 4) High-conflict personalities, mental health issues, and safety concerns.
