A Solution is a proven approach, process, or program in use at a leading health system – transferable with minimum support – addressing a specific operational, financial, physician integration, regulatory, accreditation or service line need.
MX enables hospital and health systems to quickly find proven Solutions fitting their institutional needs, speed their implementation, reduce the learning curve and adoption while lowering costs, improving performance and increasing efficiency. We’ve pioneered a marketplace for leading health systems (our Sellers) to expand their brand and monetize investments made in solving problems and innovating. MX offers hospitals and health systems (our Buyers) branded, proven Solutions to their immediate management and organizational challenges —quickly, cost-effectively and efficiently. Use of consultants and staff effort previously required will be reduced or eliminated. Much time and money will be saved while achieving better results – without reinventing the wheel!
There are no memberships or listing fees for Sellers or Buyers participating in MX. Instead, MX receives a percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of a Solution.
Unlike membership based groups or government agencies focused on case study information sharing — mostly ideas for clinical process improvement — MX delivers the genuine, proven Solutions in use at leading health systems, with appropriate support.

Yes! When you fill out our [Solution Notification Form], we can notify you by email or phone (your preference) when Solutions are made available on MX. Only interested in one particular Solution? Let us know that as well and we will make it a point to notify you as soon as it is listed on MX.

Delivery Method
You will be able to download the Solution through a secure unique link as soon as your order is verified and your payment is confirmed. You will be contacted when your Solution is available for download.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund―within 30 days of the date you pay for the product, by sending an email to sales@MX.com. Upon refund request, you will be emailed a link to complete a brief Product Feedback survey. You will also be asked to sign a certificate we will provide, certifying the product is not in use at your institution, and that reasonable efforts have been taken to delete/destroy all copies of the product . Upon receipt of the completed survey and the signed certification, the purchase amount will be fully refunded using the original method of payment.
