Developed by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the AACN Healthy Work Environment Assessment tool is a screening test for organizations to measure the health of their work environment against the AACN Standards for Establishing and Sustaining Healthy Work Environments. This screening tool evaluates a work environment based on each of the standards, but does not diagnose specific challenges within a standard.
