The Studer created this toolkit to provide health care organizations with devices that can be put into action to improve patient safety and these devices can be integrated into an organization’s current operations. This toolkit will guide healthcare providers to improve the way a meeting is run, how to talk with patients and how to interview prospective employees. It will also assist with better utilization of time and address national standards as set forth by organizations such as the Joint Commission and IHI.
