The Fall T.I.P.S. Toolkit (FTTK) is a web-based program for integrating documentation and communication of fall risk assessment. The purpose of the toolkit is to help nurses and others communicate fall risk status and planned interventions and to make alerts accessible to all care team members. AACN Healthy Work Environment Assessment

Developed by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the AACN Healthy Work Environment Assessment tool is a screening test for organizations to measure the health of their work environment against the AACN Standards for Establishing and Sustaining Healthy Work Environments. It provides an overall healthy work environment score and scores for each of the six essential standards. This screening tool evaluates a work environment based on each of the standards, but does not diagnose specific challenges within a standard.

Toolkit for ICUs to Improve the Safety and Quality of Patient Care
