This toolkit is a culmination of Northwestern Memorial Hospital's experiences as well as collaborations with other organizations and individuals locally, regionally and nationally.

MARR Long-Term Care Tool Kit

The MARR Coalition designed this toolkit to help health care providers caring for patients in long-term care facilities. The toolkit is based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s -12 Steps to Prevent Antimicrobial Resistance Among Long-Term Care Residents, as well as their recommendations. This toolkit includes: Guides on how to break specific links in the chain of infection, practical information, protocols, policies, and tools which are designed to be easily modified for individual facility needs.

Leadership Guide to Patient Safety
