MX named to Top 100 Financial Technology Companies of 2022

LEHI, Utah -- August 17, 2022 -- MX was named by The Financial Technology Report to its Top 100 Financial Technology Companies of 2022, listed at No. 43 of 100. (In the 2021 Report, MX came in at No. 62.)

The fintech industry has been scorching hot in recent years—spurred on in part by the pandemic—but lately, world events seem to have doused that fire with a little cold water. While the industry experienced a boom during the pandemic, it appears the rest of the world is catching up. Add to that the uncertainty created by Russia’s attack on Ukraine, and it’s no wonder the fintech industry is slumping, with funding dropping and some companies laying off employees, slowing hiring, and pausing IPOs.
