Utah Business Names MX's Crystal Anderson to its 2024 30 Women to Watch List

Prior to joining MX, Crystal Anderson spent 16 years at H&R Block. There, she was responsible for the growth and day-to-day operations of H&R Block’s financial services portfolio and led the lending program, which originated $1.8B in loans and deposit products and facilitated $29B in deposits annually. Crystal also designed, built and led H&R Block’s Spruce mobile banking app. She joined MX in 2021 as a VP of product, eventually overseeing the company’s product operations, program management, product design and knowledge management teams. In 2023, Crystal’s role was expanded to include all enterprise strategic planning efforts and enabling operational excellence across the organization. She also chairs the Women’s Initiative Network employee resource group, where her efforts are dedicated to elevating women in the tech industry.
